Technical support services can be purchased, which are intended to be for home and small business users.
Remote support is expected to last no more than 30 minutes per session, and in-home support is expected to last no more than 1 hour. These are not exact time limits as every problem a user has can be much different and may require less or more time.
Name Enterprise reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchases for any reason.
You must speak and type English in order to communicate with us.
Domains purchased from Name Enterprise will be transferred as soon as the payment is verified. Your identity will need to be verified in order to prevent fraud.
We prefer selling domains through Escrow.com, so please contact us via email if you would like to purchase a domain via Escrow.
Before buying a domain make sure to create a DynaDot account as this is where most of our domains are held. We can then immediately push the domain into your account after verifying your payment & ID.
All domains sold at £200 or more come with free website hosting. This is not a guarantee though, and may be refused for any reason by management. Minimum free website hosting period is 6 months. Your website must be hostable on a shared hosting environment.

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
